How to delete business and other alternatives?

❗WARNING: When deleting a business, this action is final. Please be aware that the information stored in analytics regarding this business will be lost once the business is deleted. If you need more businesses, please contact the sales representative to search for an additional business for your plan.

Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the menu on the left-hand side. Step 2: Select “My Clients” from the menu. Step 3: Access the business folder, and within here you will see a list of all your businesses. Step 4: To delete a business, you have two options:
        • Option 1: Click on the button with the minus icon on the top right corner of the business you want to delete.
       
      • Option 2: Go inside the business by clicking on it, and at the right-upper section on the information section, click the edit button
   
      • Finally on the bottom of the page there is a button labeled “Delete this business.” Click it and confirm the delete.
       
  Another option instead of deleting a business is to deactivate it. To do this:

  • Enter any business and in the information widget, you can see “Activation”
 
    • By toggling the status, you can deactivate or reactivate any business.
    • This can be done for multiple reasons, but this is to be used whenever you need to turn off any business for your employees or clients.
  Deactivating a business allows you to temporarily disable it without losing any of the information or analytics data associated with it. This can be useful in situations where you need to take a business offline for a certain period of time, without losing any of the information or progress you’ve made with it.
