Client access and how to invite clients to LikeIt?

Welcome to our comprehensive guide on using our client access feature to invite clients. We’re here to provide you with all the information you need to effectively manage this process.

 

Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the menu on the left-hand side.

 

Step 2: Select “My Clients” from the menu.


Step 3: Access the clients folder, and within here you will see a list of all your clients.


Step 4:

Choose the specific client you’d like to invite.

  • Within the client’s profile, locate the “Send Invitation” call-to-action icon beside their profile image. Clicking on this icon will trigger an email containing login credentials to be sent directly to the client’s email address. These credentials will grant them limited and restricted access.
  • In the event that the client forgets their password or requires a re-sent invitation, simply click on the “Reset Password” option. This will trigger the delivery of a new email, enabling the client to reset their password whenever necessary.

Following these straightforward steps, your client will gain seamless access to LikeIt Social. This platform provides a comprehensive view of postings, comments, reviews, and more. This enhanced interaction not only facilitates effective communication between you and your client, but it also contributes to the clarity and manageability of shared objectives.
