Client Management

The “My Clients” page on LikeIT serves as the central hub for efficiently managing all businesses collaborating with your agency. Regardless of the scope you’re working with, you’ll find both businesses managed directly by your agency and those exclusively owned and operated by your own company.

This page empowers you to upload, add, edit, and remove clients and businesses associated with your agency’s operations. Each business is inherently associated with a client to maintain effective oversight. A client can be linked to multiple businesses, but only one client can be connected to each business. Keep in mind that the client you upload serves as the vital link between your agency and the business under your management.

Accessing the “My Clients” Page:

Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the menu on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Choose the “My Clients” section from the menu.

Step 3: Here, you’ll gain access to your entire roster of clients (client icon) and businesses (business icon). By clicking into each folder, you can enter the specific pages where you can create new client profiles and introduce new businesses using the “Add” button.

Step 4: To make changes or remove a client or business, simply select the desired entity and click on the corresponding button.

Within the Business section you will be able to see the complete businesses you have uploaded and have the option to create new businesses.

Similarly, within the Client section you will be able to create new Clients if you desire, within this section the cards will provide you and your team with more actionable information, such us the email account.

Through the “My Clients” page, you’ll efficiently oversee and manage all clients and businesses from a single, centralized location, streamlining agency management.
