Having a contract in place helps keep your team accountable and ensures that both parties are aware of the responsibilities and expectations. With the contract’s time stamp, you can easily track which contracts are up for renewal, giving you a clear overview of the management information that is critical to the success of your team.
To access to your contracts follow the next steps:

Step 1. Log in to the platform

Step 2. Click on the menu on the left side of the page
Step 3. Select the “Contracts” subfolder once inside of the agency section

Step 4. View all active and inactive contracts Step 5. Choose a specific contract to view more details Finally once you are in here you can modify details such as the plan and view the contract’s history, including services, social media accounts and previous activity related to the plan modification, please always bear in mind that this contract will be used for creating the benchmarks in the report section and in the dashboard to control response rates and post completion. In short, the contract is a crucial tool for managing your client relationships, tracking progress, and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
