How to answer to reviews?

It enables you to efficiently handle and respond to reviews, ensuring prompt and effective engagement with your customers.
Welcome to the review section! Here, we will guide you through the process of answering reviews on Facebook and Google, all in one place.

Please follow the next steps to be able to answer your reviews in no time:
Step 1. Login to the platform

Step 2. Navigate to the reviews section from the left menu

Step 3. Select the business you want to respond a review for. You will see notifications on each businesses with an unanswered review.

Step 4. This will load a review list, view both reviews received from facebook and google in one place. Choose the one you want to respond by clicking on it.

Step 5. On the right-hand side, you’ll see the review you selected. You can respond to by typing the message and clicking the send button.

Step 6. After you hit the send icon, your message will be sent to the customer.

Step 7. Repeat the process each time you want to answer a review. Note that notifications will disappear once you’ve opened them, so make sure to only open reviews when you’re ready to answer.

Step 8. Switch between businesses by clicking on the business card or searching for them in the search bar.

Step 9. Ensure that your social networks are connected before using this section, otherwise, we won’t be able to collect and send the information required to make your life easier by having all your reviews in one place.
